Joyce Trombley joined Fairfield County Bank in June 2008 as Executive Vice President of Retail Lending. She is responsible for the direction and management of a large sales staff, product innovation and enhancement, and retail lending operations. Her office is located at the Bank’s Main Office at 150 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, CT.

Joyce has more than twenty-five years of experience in the Retail Mortgage banking field and was most recently Retail and Private Mortgage Manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Stamford, CT. She has also held positions with Webster Bank and Washington Mutual.

Ms. Trombley is the second Vice President, Executive Committee and Director of the Connecticut Mortgage Banker Association. She also serves on various Realtor Boards in mid-Fairfield County, Stamford and Greenwich. In addition, she is a Director for the Neighborhood Housing Service in Norwalk, the Stamford Chamber of Commerce and the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
