Sal Dias joined Fairfield County Bank as a Residential Mortgage Loan Consultant in April 2009. He is located at the Bank’s Bridgeport office at 1089 Madison Avenue, and at the Trumbull office, where he will be responsible for developing and retaining key referral accounts pertaining to residential mortgage loans.

Mr. Dias has more than 28 years of experience in the banking business. He joined us from Webster Bank, where he spent fourteen years as a Sales Manager, and has also held a Loan Officer position for ten years with People’s Bank in Bridgeport, CT.

Sal has vast experience and extensive product knowledge in the lending sector, and is looking forward to building rewarding and long-lasting client relationships. He has received rewards from his past employers for both top producing Loan Officer, and managing a top producing sales office.

He is a former member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors; the Fairfield County Home Builders Association, and Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association.

Sal is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a MBA, and a B.S. of Marketing.
